A blog site where we explore the Banking Industry and how they are really handling Loan Modifications and Short Sales for their Customers! Every night we see stories on the nightly news concerning the Foreclosure Crisis and the efforts being made by the Banks, Servicers and the Government to help Homeowners. But nowhere can you find a source that explores WHAT REALLY the BORROWER is EXPERIENCING when dealing with their Banks Loan Modification and Short Sale processes. With 24 years in real estate, and 18 of those years in mortgage banking, I feel I have the experience and understanding to peel back the layers of confusion and misinformation that the Borrowers are experiencing when dealing with their Banks. I hope this site can be a forum for answering Borrower questions concerning their own Loan Modifications and Short Sales.
